Dr. Lipetz is always very personable and makes me feel like she cares about what is going on with my health. I've had many different doctors before, but she is by far the best I've worked with. She always does a thorough exam and treats me like she is really listening to my concerns. I really appreciate her patience with me as well. The office staff is always kind and quick to help with anything I need.

Didn’t make a great first impression. The reception admin stuff ate into 50% of my appointment. I was then blamed for that. Ugh. The whole appointment was so rushed that the Dr entered some of my medical history incorrectly. The medical assistant was unfriendly. What I have just described is why I and many now avoid doctors. I feel like I could do a more conscientious job ordering my own labs, doing my own prescription refills and managing my own current healthcare. People working in healthcare spend most of the time fulfilling endless administrative work for the overlords and less time with patients. I can’t help but feel like I just don’t deserve healthcare every time that I visit a provider. It’s like I’m talking to a wall and I actually feel guilty asking for care that I need and I’m paying for.

Dr is great but medical care compromised by staff. Have been waiting 3 weeks for them to fill in form for insurance company resulting in 4 weeks without drug prescription. Called 3x a week last 2 weeks and dropped by in person no results. Will be seeking care at another hospital group. Thank god for choice

I saw Dr. Fanestil for years, until he left a few months ago. He was always kind and caring and I didn’t think he could be matched. I started seeing Dr Lipitz and am so surprised that she is also a through and caring doctor! If she’s booked up, I see Courtney (the nurse practitioner). I don’t consider seeing her to be any concession on my part, because Courtney is as knowledgeable and interested as the docs are. When I’ve had a delay getting a prescription, (as happens to many, especially with medical insurance) I’ve called the nurses line directly (One of the options on their answering service) A nurse looks into it and gets right back to me. Whether a letter needs to be written, or the pharmacy dropped the ball, they figure it out. EDIT: If Dr Lipitz hasn’t closed her practice to new patients, she should. It’s at least a two week wait (don’t get sick) and the follow-through is terrible. If you need a diagnosis, you will get test results two weeks later with no answers. Nurse call: “Test looks fine! Hang up. Me: “So why can’t I breathe?” (When I recover my senses.) ME, calling back: Can I get another appointment? ***The only positive I have found from the pandemic is that you can get a virtual appointment within two weeks!

The doctor I see is fine, but the front office is awful. They can’t answer the phone if you need anything other than scheduling an appointment and they consistently waste my time in the office and in phone interactions. Picking up the phone matters, sending me to a lengthy phone tree is so frustrating.
