This is always one of my favorite stores! I come here all the time for the wonderful vanilla and cinnamon. I really enjoy the seasoning kits they've put together as well, what a wonderful gift! They are definitely doing a nice job during COVID as well. While walking around going to numerous shops, this was the ONLY shop to actually thank me for my patronage. I purchased at least a good 10 items this round. The lady who checked me out seemed a bit aloof & could care less. However, the gentleman that was working on Oct. 31st, mid afternoon was the only person out of countless shops (including this cashier) to tell my family & I, \Thank you!!\ for our business; which he shouted as we left & while helping another couple. Those 2 words go a long way with me & I will continue to come back to this store just because of that.
I love Savory spice so much! They are a local company that blends amazing spices and stocks exotic condiments. I have been working my way through my supply as I have been shelter in place cooking and baking. I was finally out of the Madagascar vanilla paste and so a trip was called for. It felt very safe and I am stocked up and ready for another couple of months.
In spite of COVID-19 I had a great visit at Savory Spice Shop today. I was greeted by a bottle of hand sanitizer and a friendly employee letting me know it was OK to enter the store. (There was only one other customer at the time. Just as I was leaving, two others entered.) I got the usual great service. Thank you for being open to in-store shopping! I bought two items that I wouldn't have remembered to pick up if I hadn't been there in person.
Spectacular variety. Really wide range of spices for just about anything. Very impressive. If I lived in the area this would definitely be my go-to spice shop.
