Our favorite flower shop. Great selection, friendly staff, and great prices. I stop by every other week to pick up flowers for my home. I haven't had an issue with the quality of the flowers. I've also made a special order for my daughter's birthday and had a great experience. They actually quoted me much cheaper than that of downtown shops for my special order. Glad we found this place.
Boulevard Florist provided exceptional services for my friend's funeral. Unfortunately I was not able to attend my friend's viewing due to quarantining for my ill mother whom I cannot risk getting infected. Anyways, knowing that viewing was in two days, I ordered from Boulevard's website on a day that was not open, and found some beautiful affordable sympathy flowers for the family that I could afford for under 100. With that in mind, I figured that the florist would have one day to prep these sympathy flowers and they did great. Boulevard confirmed the order via automated emails and then send another email on the day of delivery. However, I was a bit worried because I don't always trust automated systems, so I called both the funeral home and Boulevard flower, and they both confirmed delivery. I just want to say thank you for providing these beautiful flowers for the family. I feel terrible not being able to attend, so the fact that the family enjoyed and felt "loved" (according to the funeral secretary) just really made me feel at peace. You guys are fantastic! Just a little tip to all people ordering these flowers. Make sure to give them at least two days before they send out the flowers. That gives them a lot of time because I saw another mentioning that their order was canceled last minute. Also, make sure to be SPECIFIC at what time you need these flowers delivered, if you're sending them locally from the market. Write that in the "notes" box that's on the ordering form online. I highly recommend this shop!!!! Nothing but a really smooth process.
I'm sad to write this review because I run a corporate account with Boulevard that has been in place for many years, but something has changed with their service and billing. Despite having my credit card on file for all purchase on our account, they have been sending me "past due" bills and threats to send me collections. I've called them many times, spoken to the owner even, and somehow this never gets resolved. The irony of this is that I'm trying to pay them, and they seem hell bent on not processing my payment. Please make this nightmare end and charge my card, please and thanks.

I use Boulevard Florist for every occasion, or when I just want to pick up a quick bunch of flowers for home. They have a HUGE selection, , everything is super fresh, the staff is SO helpful and the designers are nothing short of amazing. They offer next day service and every time I've used it, my order was ready ahead of time. You will never be disappointed with this florist. I won't go anywhere else.

Canceled my online order because they "didn't have any of it". If you don't have it, why is it available for purchase online? Very disappointed.
