Scheduled this company for a child’s birthday party. Paid them WAY in advance for a large bounce house with a water slide. On the morning of the birthday party with 20-30 kids about to show up, two hours before their expected arrival, this company told us they couldn’t show up “due to rain.” It’s a wet bounce house. I understand that the bounce houses need to be dry before they’re put away and I appreciate that. That’s why when I worked for a company that provided bounce houses for college events parties, we would always take the bounce houses back after the event, inflate them again and let them dry and clean them. I understand it’s more work, I really do, but if it’s what has to be done to provide the service to your customer that they paid for, it’s what has to be done. This company refused to come to our birthday party and didn’t tell us until two hours before the party. They are lazy, incompetent liars and they obviously don’t clean their bounce houses since the lady I spoke to (Monique) didn’t even understand what I meant about taking the bounce houses back after the event and inflating them again to dry and clean them. She said that’s something they can’t do then tried to tell me the bounce house can’t get wet. It’s a wet bounce house. This company deserves zero stars and they ruined two little girls’ birthday parties today. Do NOT use this company.

My daughter birthday party was a blast with this added feature. The kids really enjoyed it. This company is great! Very professional, great communication, and very understanding. Monique help with accommodating me with my date after the actual day I needed it had large down pour of rain, but she was able to make it work with a next service. Just know I am very please with the service I received. #HAPPYCUSTOMER

Really great service! I ordered tables chairs and a bounce house. I misunderstood on the website of my own error and thought the chairs were included with tables. So when they delivered with no chairs I was worried. The lady offered to bring some back to me after she did her next delivery. Above and beyond will definitely be using again. Very affordable!

Perfect! The whole experience with them was great, perfect communication and timing . came hours early to set and made sure everything was good and working great . I highly recommend them. My children had a ball on the bouncy/water slides .
