HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I inquired about renting a slide for the upcoming 4th on June 21st via Facebook. Chelsea instantly replied to my initial message letting me know which ones she had left. I replied back stating I’d let her know shortly if we’d want one of the two combination slides she had left. After speaking with the rest of our family I sent Chelsea a message on June 22nd letting her know which one we wanted. Later that same day I also sent an email via their website & tried to rent the slide on their site but it said it wasn’t available. No reply! So the following day June 23rd I called..no one answered & she doesn’t have her voicemail set up..so the following day June 24th I called again...no answer, no voicemail box & still no call back, no email reply or no Facebook messenger reply. Finally on June 25th Chelsea answered the phone I asked about delivery options and told her I could come pick up the slide if she could pick it up when our times up. She said she had to talk to “him” and that she’d get back with me. June 26th I sent her message asking if she had an answer and once again I got no answer. I tried calling again and she still doesn’t have her voicemail box set up so I can’t leave the angry voicemail I wanted to. On their site is says “A service” “ We pride ourselves on our customer service. Take a look at our reviews to see why we are top rated”. HAHA that’s funny top rated customer service REPLIES to people wanting their service. I would give this company zero stars if I could & I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone.
This company is amazing. We had a birthday party they came out set up we’re very nice brought an amazing water slide and the kids loved it. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Equipment looked brand new. Father and daughter dropped off and set up quickly. It was clear they knew what they were doing! We were able to keep the inflatable for 24hrs. Which was refreshing over the Tulsa area places that charged more for 4-6 hours. Glad we found them.
