I recently reached out to the second district court in Bountiful to ask how I can clear my points for a speeding violation. I was told to go to a specific website to complete a certification course which was 50, as well as eight hours to complete. I went back to the court to ask where I can submit my certification to finish the process, And I was told I received misleading information from them, and that they were sorry that they can’t accept it. Because of the lack of knowledge that these so called “representatives” gave me, I wasted 50, and eight hours of my time. Instead of taking responsibility for their actions, they tried to change their story on what happened. For being a government court house, there was a major lack of professionalism there.

I'm from Los Angeles where calling a public institution this size results in a never-ending voicemail jail. Calling this court, though? Dialed two options and got my call answered by a live person who was able to look my case. Most of the negative reviews here aren't about the functioning of the court, just about their personal sob stories.

I am a victim of id theft and I've been court ordered to pay and I've been denied access to a copy of the original contract nor can I get back into court. There have been hearings without me being notified. I keep requesting hearings, but those requests are being ignored by the court.
