Chloe Rose is an amazing Business, their clothes are beautiful and customer service is unbelievable. I’m so glad we have a boutique like this in New Braunfels Texas, I have to say I lived here my whole life and this is the only boutique and in Braunfels that I truly felt overwhelmed with the amazing products they have. During this chaotic time in the world they’re still able for you to order online and even allow you to pick up Outside of the store, they’re keeping everything in precautions with delivery of our products. bought a pair of shoes, super cute on the shelf and fit well in store. bought them but the girl gave me a new box and when i got home i took them out of the box and they were scuffed and i hadn’t even worn them. i went back to return them and the girl was rude and complained to me about how i should have checked the shoes, before i left. offered to give me another pair so i accepted and got home, wore them for less than an hour and they scuffed AGAIN. they sell cheap products and mark up the prices ridiculously because they want to be a cute downtown boutique but nothing about their store is chic or couture, just cheap. won’t be shopping here again.
