Pray that your sprinkler does not break in the heat of the summer. They may take 2 1/2 weeks to fix it like mine and in the interim, your lawn will burn up and they will refuse to replace the lawn. They will refer you to read the rules that say, we are responsible to replace our own lawns. How about where it says that they are responsible to care for and maintain the sprinkler system? Don't you think if they, after being contacted 4 times over a 2 1/2 week period with you pleading, my lawn is smelling like hay. Please fix the sprinkler system and they don't till after your lawn is dead and has turned into dirt and weeds, that they are morally responsible to replace it. They would rather go to small claims court to fight it. This is the part of an association that I absolutely hate! I did not expect this decision from our board members. THEY ARE WRONG, WRONG, WRONG!
