This place is awesome. 16 y/o daughter hit her head and needed care... receptionist was fast and got her in front of a dr in 2 minutes. Staff was caring and efficient. Couldn't have had a better experience. 20 minutes later we were on our way. Best care I could have ever wanted. 5 stars, great job!

Don’t even bother with making an appointment. I was there 10 minutes before the appointment and prechecked online and they still passed two people in front of me and were walk-ins according to the monitor, I was first. Very unfriendly staff.

Great experience , Jennifer was very professional with the patient before me who was being pretty difficult. Triage was friendly and quick. The physician on staff answered all my 101 questions with patience, i wasn't being rushed out the door. The facility was nice and clean.

Went in to get lab test done for work purposes and not only were they super friendly but also very professional, efficient, great follow up and problem resolvers with lab Corp website. The entire staff are upbeat and excellent. The best ever urgent care center!! No slow waits nor apathetic tic staff that you see in most urgent care centers. Thank you so much!!! Aka Brenda Bean

It is unfortunate that about 1 year ago this place was the best. Today, I walked in with my mother 86 y/o fasting. We have lab orders from the doctor. We are cash payers 250 for lab testing, I wanted to have my wellness screening lab work done, too. I was directed by a lady (no name tag?) at the front desk today with very poor customer service skills. I ended up walking out of the facility. Why? What a negative experience, “let me see if we could do it, let me look a la cart prices things don’t work here that way, do you have an appointment? waiting time 1 hour or more”. Should the name be changed for Careless Spot? I work in the health field, what I shame for this people. Health field helping / serving people, facilitate. Business wise: Urgent care walk ins welcome, my mother and I walked in not welcome. I highly DO NOT recommend my neighbors from Boynton Beach to come to this discredited business, what a fiasco.
