I have never spoken to any customer service representative as rude as Donna. She hung up on me twice and was mocking and being sarcastic. I am still in disbelief that this happened. This place is a joke. I dont know how this is operating. I wish I could hire a lawyer to sue them. Be aware and record everything.

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! David Peterson is a joke of a \Collection Agency Employee\ and then i asked to speak with the Manager Arthur Windsor who got on the line and tried to threaten me with damaging my credit. I told them i am handling this with a legitimate company they hung up on me. These people are the definition of a scam. Have a professional handle your credit.
If I could give a zero I would. They were persistent to a point during a pandemic over a minimal amount of money. Which was getting paid monthly.After making my last payment they posted a derogatory comment again...... after the last payment. A bunch of just unethical pieces of garbage.

Predatory m'fers. Called me today about my wife's 1000 hospital bill asking if im working right now and if we can set up a payment plan for the debt DURING A PANDEMIC!!! No f-ing shame!
