I had a 6:45 am appointment and I checked in using my phone when I got here. My temperature was taken and less than 5 minutes my name was called. I needed quite a few vials ordered by two Doctors. My Phlebotomist was Tiffany and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience with her. I get a butterfly needle every time I need my blood drawn due to my small veins and I usually get poked in both arms and sometimes the back of my hands to get the amount needed. Well, not here and certainly not with Tiffany. She is excellent at what she does! I highly highly recommend you go here the next time you need your blood drawn! Ask for Tiffany! [EDIT] I was reading a month old review that said this location didn't take walk-ins. Not sure what exactly happened there, however, I remember a lady who walked in a couple minutes after me and said she didn't have an appointment. After Tiffany took me back, I looked over at the adjacent room and there that lady was. Pretty quick for a walk-in. I also wanted to report no bruising from the needle, another indication that you're in good hands :) [/EDIT]

Maura my Phlebotomist went above and beyond to help me out with an appointment. She really cares and made sure I was ok. The other lady checking people in was just as kind. I will always go to this location for bloodwork due to these two ladies wonderful attitudes.

This location has always been pleasant but the new addition of a member sitting at the front and checking us senior citizens in had to top the cake. The women at the front door was such a great help. She explained and helped everyone diligently. She has such an amazing attitude.

I was surprised by the service, caring and efficiency. I arrived at 2 pm, by 2:15 I was done. The lady at the front was really nice and I could see how helpful and attentive she was with everyone else. She really deserves to be praised for that. The waiting room is well spaced and only 2 people were there when I arrived, but since they call you so fast, there no opportunities to be more than one at the time. The lady who took my blood was great too, fast and very gentel. My last experience with Quest lab, was in the Palm Springs location, a completely nighmare, 2 hours wait and the personal behavior was shocking, they would treat people with no respect, compassion. So, hands up to your great work at Quest Lab West Boynton! You guys are amazing for doing your job with such a great dedication and integrity!!!!
