We bought an Arctic Spa swim spa from Jason and Janean and couldn’t be happier. Amazing service and we love the spa! They helped us with every step of the way from installation, delivery and have been really responsive with all follow up question. Highly recommend!

We bought a Artic Spa Swim Spa. The Owner Jason could not be more helpful. He delivered it and installed it himself. I live in Great Falls so it was no small feat. He arranged everything we needed, followed up and genuinely cared. Excellent experience. If you are contemplating purchasing a hot tub outside of the Bozeman area, please give him an opportunity to serve you. 10/10 recommend.

We purchased a new salt water spa from Janean and Jason a short while ago and couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to finish. And a complicated thing it was but made so direct and exact through Jason’s help and team. From the arduous process of removing one of the oldest hot tubs in Bozeman (33 years old), upgrading the wiring to address the new spa requirements, to scheduling the delivery crane and taking this over the house and placing it precisely onto an enclosed deck, the entire operation was top flight. Thanks to everyone involved (Janean, Jason, Jeff, Chris & crew, David, the crew at Artic Spa) for your professionalism, follow through, and generative personalities, especially during these challenging times! Way beyond the call of duty. And to cap it off we have an incredible spa which for a couple of 70 year old folks is a joy and a health benefit. You all rocked it, big time. Great Company with a great staff, Jason really took care of us and gave us a really good deal on our trade in and our new Arctic Spa. We did a lot of research and this is the best hot tub for Montana winters. We also love the Spa Boy App, this with our new salt water system is easy to monitor and control your Hot Tub from anywhere. I would definitely recommend Arctic Spas of Bozeman to anyone looking for a new Hot Tub.

Jason at Arctic Spas was very helpful in diagnosing the problems with my hot tub. For the parts I could do myself, they gave me advice over the phone to install on my own to keep the cost down. They were very helpful with the items I couldn't resolve on my own. When I had the issues, they could have steered me toward selling me more products, etc, but were more cost-conscious in making recommendations. I wouldn't buy from anywhere else!
