We switched our auto, home, and life insurance over to Brad 2 years ago and it was one of the best decisions we've ever made. Great agent if you want no follow-up, will not return your numerous requests for a call back or if you want your insurance ID card that was never sent!!! It only took me 6 weeks of calling the agency office to get Brad on the phone so I can get an insurance card that I can have in my car or wallet. The two stars is for customer service department.
