I genuinely can't recommend this studio enough. The only negative comment I have is that they're in FL and I'm in MD, so I can't train there 24/7! However, because of COVID the owners have been offering online classes which is amazing!! The instructors are so kind, patient, and have years of experience and knowledge in what they're teaching. Whether you're looking for self-defense, spiritual guidance, weapons training, or simply a good workout this is the place to be!
