First off, I don't normally write reviews and am very easy going about things, but this visit warranted a review. My husband and I liked our massages and the staff was friendly. The spa area was only average. Because of covid they said nothing was open - no whirlpool, no hot tub, no snacks, no in-spa dining services of any kind, no toiletries in the locker rooms, etc. Basically don't let their website fool you, very disappointed. Of course their prices still reflect all of the amenities previously offered. Extremely overpriced for what you get. Make sure to check what they charge you for when you are finished. We paid at the spa for everything (my husband specifically asked to put all of the charges together), then two days later got charged an extra enormous fee without knowing why or what it was for. It took several days for someone to get back to me about the unknown charge. We'll be going elsewhere for spa services in the future.

414 for two people. As April states below I think this is a common issue. This was our second visit and both times, poor/mismanaged timing on their end, and didn’t even receive the full upgrade. Paid 180 per person for a peace package to include tub soak, 50m massage, and 20m face massage. My girl showed up 5m late, left us 10m past our tub soak. And massaged my face for 3mins IF that and stopped 2m early. Not to mention, She massaged with one hand the entire time. Circling around one 5in area for multiple minutes even. I asked for my neck and she didn’t touch it. If you go I would strongly suggest to find out which therapist is the best but 2 times I left very overcharged, disappointed, frustrated and Not valued. 0 stars for me! There CBD upgrade is low grade too. I wouldn’t recommend paying the 35 up charge. Don’t go. Just enjoy the view and like others say, just pay for a mani and use the facility bc that’s all it’s worth.

First of all the staff at the spa desk was very accommodating to ensure that a gal friend and I got an appointment for a massage. Heather, my masseuse, was excellent! She had strong hands which was very conducive for an excellent massage. Additionally, her hands were so warm that it almost felt like a hot stone massage, she deserves more compensation as she provides an extra benefit!!! Highly recommend her and the Chateau Spa, located next to the beautiful classic hotel..

My husband and I like to get a massage whenever we are traveling. We stayed at the Chateau on the Lake Resort so both booked an 80 minute massage. I told my husband afterwards, “that was on of the best massages that I have ever had!” He too said that he had a great massage. The facility is very luxurious and the massage table was 1st class. I asked Jamie to raise my feet up and the table had an electrical raising capability. (I thought she was just going to put some pillows under my feet! Jamie gave me a really amazing deep tissue massage. She was very sensitive to the exact amount of pressure that I liked and was a great communicator. I would highly recommend the Spa Chateau!

The staff was nice but the massage was just ok. Spent extra money for the “custom” massage but he spent most of the time on my feet when that isn’t what I requested. Very little actual massage. I was certainly disappointed given the price.
