TLDR: The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Their full focus was on the customers who approached them with questions, and they weren't there staring over my shoulder when I was just browsing and didn't want to be bothered. I was looking for a wallet. The employees were talking to other customers, which let me inspect their wide selection uninterrupted. Most of them were made by the same company which was comprised of two names I don't remember. The wallets were handcrafted and seemed to be of high quality. Having come from a store across town, I knew exactly what I was looking for, but didn't see it. I asked the woman at the register, who asked the gentleman nearby if he could help me. I showed him the one I was holding and explained the differences. He knew exactly what I was talking about and went the last row of wallets and pulled one out. \Is this it?\ he asked. Sure enough it was. He explained that all of the wallets in that row except the 2 in the front were the same. I'd only checked the first wallet in each row. I expr3ssed my pleasure that it was a dollar cheaper and would save me a trip back across town. He expressed his gratitude for my business and I walked out a happy customer with an empty wallet.
