I've been looking for a new sewing machine they had a Baby Lock that was absolutely phenomenal but it was used. Turns out that it was only used for about a year and I was lucky enough to get this gorgeous machine for less than what the original price was. Manny took his time with me and answered all my questions. They have been absolutely wonderful when I have gone back and I will keep going back. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone needing anything that has to do with sewing or quilting.

I recently ordered a new sit down quilting machine from Moore's. They offered a fantastic price and bonuses during their Road to CA sale. I dealt with Diane. She was wonderful. So helpful and cheerful and knowledgeable. There were just a few questions that she felt would best be answered by George so asked him and got back to me the very next day. Also, George and Diane were very candid and open about each machines's pros and cons which allowed me to make an informed decision. The machine was in stock an available when Diane said it would be. I am extremely happy with this experience and in these stressful times Moore's has managed to provide excellent service.

I went to Moore's on a referral from a friend. My machine died and I needed a new one that did what I wanted and was affordable. The customer service, if you can call them that, was wonderful. They were more like people who do a lot of sewing and know their stuff. They were able to help me find the exact machine I wanted and it was at a great price too. I appreciate that they are not only sales people but that they really do know what they are talking about when it comes to sewing of any kind. Thanks Moore's. You have a very happy customer.

Super helpful staff! Good pricing when you consider long term investment expenses associated with machine upkeep. I went in to get some help with a very old serger I bought off the classifieds. Couldn't figure out if maybe I was doing things wrong or if the machine was a dud. For the price I was willing to take a risk though. Sat with me for 2 hours to help out , ended up realizing it needed some long overdue service on some slight timing issues. She did share with me some good tips along the way! While I was not really willing to sink money into a machine of that caliber by servicing it, Rhonda was very helpful in helping me look at what they had available and what she could do for me in terms of pricing so I could plan a future acquisition. They didn't even charge me for the time they spent on my machine! Extremely generous of them. I am probably a ways away from purchasing my own serger for now (full-time student here), I would definitely come in again to get service on my current machines in the meantime and pick up attachments for my machines when I need them. Hopefully soon I'll be in a position to feel comfortable with such a big investment on my passive hobbies like a serger, and will keep this place on my shortlist when I am actively in the market for one. My understanding is they will offer price matching from authorized dealers. The protection service you can add on and package deals will make me consider buying from them in the future (something you can't always get buying from a place like Amazon). Both Manny and Rhonda helped me on this occasion!
