My experience with arrangements for my Brother were professional, caring and quickly handled by Laci.

Danielle is beyond exceptional in her job - she is upfront, very patient, knows how to deal with any type of emotion (spot on), she thinks for you when you cannot. She even catches the tiniest details as you speak (Thank you for the Swedish Fish added touch Danielle!) We had a most successful service and were only able to do anything during this time because she held our hands all the way through the unexpected death of our loved one. I don't even remember saying Thank you to her after all..... So Thank You Danielle and all of Miller-Woodlawn.

They gave us such respect and compassion. Follow up calls to make sure we had grief and loss resources. I believe my parents ashes are with the right people at the right place. Thank you very much!

I am humbled by the kindness and compassion of the Team at Miller Woodlawn. The attention to detail, the drive to make sure every moment of my husbands service was perfect, was beyond my expectations. They were always available when I needed them and were really helpful when I had questions. They were very gracious, kind and very professional with me and all my guests at the service. Not one detailed was missed. They worked so hard to find me the extra touches I wanted at the service and at times, I know there were challenges, but they were relentless to make sure I got what I wanted. From the time they arrived at our home, to my husbands final resting place, they were so amazing. Thank you for putting my mind to ease at a very difficult time.

After my mother passed away, it too Miller-Woodlawn over 7 hours to pick up her body. All the time when I called I was being told that they would be there in fifteen minutes. It took them three times to a correct death certificate made. The office staff was very polite and sympathic.
