Terrible customer service! Had a new gas stove installed on 11/30/20 and had measurements taken at that time for custom face plate. NO ONE called to update us on the status, and when I called in early January I was told that the sales associate who had worked with us quit. I was assured they would get back to me. Over a week later my husband called back after no return call and was told they would “look into it.” They called back 2 days later and said the part was in the warehouse in Lynnwood. My husband specifically told the associate it was a custom cut part we were waiting for. I stayed home from work today so the part could be installed, and when the installer showed up he only had the decorative piece that goes over the custom cut part!!! Now we have someone else in Lynnwood “looking into it.” I will NEVER patronize Rich’s again. They haven’t even offered a discount for all the trouble we have gone through. So frustrating!

I️ am a big fan of their rugs and lounging chairs. So stylish and comfortable! Such a great team over at Rich’s.
Patio fireplace and swivel chairs were a huge win. I'm late to reviewing these, but even with a few years time, the quality has held impeccably. I never want to buy patio furniture from Lowe's or Fred Meyer or any cheaper outlets. Rich's ALWAYS is worth it now and over time. And customer service is the absolute best. Very satisfied.
We love our gas fireplace that we got from Rich's. They were very helpful and provided excellent service and price.
