I totally agree with previous comments. They treated my husband at the hospital.Over bill for unnecessary service.Unwilling to work with you.Rude nasty staff.Stay clear of this place.

The doctors are good the billing staff is rude and disrespectful. You contact about payments the do not work with even if you get behind. You have an agreement and the still turn you over to collections and force you to pay additional 25.00 to reimburse a fee the they themselves have created do to carelessness. Stay away from this office. It is a debt trap with rude office staff. Death would be more friendly then this office staff.
Much appreciation to Dr. Yrad for his wonderful personality and work ethic. He obviously loves being a surgeon. He listens with sympathetic ears, explains medical terms clearly, and takes his time during office visits. He is always honest and has a kind voice. He truly has his patients interests at heart. His warm smile reveals his caring attitude. Everyone we encountered in the hospital raved about what a skilled surgeon he is. I am ever so grateful Dr. Yrad was my surgeon!
