Hello, A few days ago, Jeff’s Powerwashing company power washed my house. I was very, very pleased with the result. Two friendly and polite men arrived on time and immediately got to work. They did a thorough and outstanding job. I had some mold on one side of the house and it was completely removed. They also power washed my patio and it looks brand new. This is one of the worst companies ever. They are so undependable. I made an appointment with them to have my Mothers house in Holiday City power washed today Saturday. They gave me a window from 9 to 12. One o'clock came and went called and I left a message. Two o'clock came and went and I called with another message to please have the courtesy to let me know if they were still coming. It is now 6 PM and I just left a nasty message. A whole day wasted without any courtesy to the customer. Plus they confirmed the appointment twice on Friday and told me to make sure all items were taken away from the house which I did. Now putting everything back with nothing done.Very very unreliable. Think twice about using them
Jeff's is the best. Fast, affordable, and honest.. they took great care of my mother's house and it was the best price we could find.. They also cleaned out her dryer vent and her gutters...Highly recommend this company
So unreliable! After waiting for more than 2 weeks for an appointment we were given a date and told they would be there between 1 and 4 PM. They even called to confirm appointment. We never even received a call saying they were running late, etc. They did finally show up at 5:30 PM!! (SATURDAY) with such a bad attitude that there was no way the workers wanted to do our house at that hour, and no way they would have done a decent job. When questioned they were beyond rude, got in their truck and left. We called trying to straighten out the situation but never even received a return phone call. One star is too many because they did nothing! Stay Away!!
