The staff were awesome, very respectful, very polite and very friendly. I can't say enough good things about the staff. They were very knowledgeable also. It was my first visit with my son and they were very helpful. When I commented on how awesome they were they said they were only doing their job. Great job East Arkansas Regional!!!!!!!!!

I was released from EARU January 8th. 2018. In complete violation of ADC Policy & Procedures, I was released without any identification & although the administration at EARU had me sign for gate fund's to get home, I recieved none. It took calling ADC Administration in Pine Bluff to correct the identification error.
