Worst customer service ever, the lack of communication blows me away. Unfortunately I’ve been stuck using them twice because customers have requested their material. Currently I’m waiting on an order that I ordered and payed for three over two months ago. Empty promise after empty promise. I try to call ever day to get an update and don’t hear back for weeks on end. If you can, avoid using them at all costs

Worst service ever! Waited for over two months for 18 panels and 3 ridge caps. Was told it would be 2 weeks tops. Had to refelt my entire structure as the wind and rain destroyed it.
