If I could give no stars I would! Shady place of business! Staff was sarcastic, unprofessional and I had to insist they put the damage that occurred to our vehicle while in their possession on their report several times before it was finally added. If you have nothing to hide then be up front! Definitely not a company I would recommend.

Considering what they are and why I was there, They were nice enough and polite even a little sympathetic.
This business is so unprofessional and they stole my valuable belongings out of my car. They act as if they had no idea who the persons are that repossessed my car for I can question them about my belongings. This business is unprofessional and untrustworthy of the standards that they supposed to uphold. Countrywide Asset you should be ashamed of this establishment for stealing the belongings of others, you all have no right to do so. This business will be held accountable for all the item you stole.
Great place to have your vehicle repossessed by. The staff is considerate and understanding. The repo man that picked up my car was very professional. He helped me get my belongings from my vehicle. My kids were wondering what was happening with the car. He said he was taking it to get fixed so they weren’t worried. I dealt with Jeremy and JC at the office when picking my car up it was hassle free. I give this place 5 stars. Unfortunately my vehicle has been repossessed by other companies and those people were ignorant and not caring of my feelings. for CAAR
