I called on Friday of a holiday weekend and received friendly, immediate attention. They asked if it was an emergency, but since it wasn't we waited and they followed up when promised and came for the septic tank pumping exactly when they said they would, which allowed us to line up the necessary repair with another company. Price was an estimate by phone and it came in almost exactly on point, and more affordable than the last septic pumping place we used. Will definitely use them in the future!

First time using the company and won't be the last. Professional and friendly. It had snowed about four or five inches but my driveway wasn't plowed. No problem. He was able to get in and all I did was clean off the cover of the septic and he did the rest. I will absolutely recommend this company to anyone who needs those services.
Heritage Pumping pumped my septic system last week. I exposed the cover but they did the rest without any issues. I even recommended my neighbor and we both received a discount. I was satisfied with the service and my parents called them to service their septic tank. Clearly the internet reviews were correct... will definitely use again!
A live person answered the phone when I called. Huge plus in my book! She was very accommodating, and she called the day before the appointment to be sure that we knew what time to expect the pleasant man who would be doing the job.
