“You can please some of the people all of the time, you can please all of the people some of the time, but you can’t please all of the people all of the time”.” Despite the ferocious comments of some of the other reviewers herein, my personal experience with the staff at Brighton TV was simply postive! The staff at Brighton TV were professional, courteous, thoroughly informative, and helpful in the removal, as well as the subsequent loading, of my malfunctioning, heavy rear projection television set from my pickup truck. Said television set was quickly repaired, within one business day, and, before it was returned to my possession, that TV set was activated inside their business by the staff to reveal its newly repaired status! The final repair costs was within initial estimates, not only from Brighton TV, but from another area TV repair service. I definitely would recommend Brighton TV and Video service, and I would not hesitate to return as their customer should the need arise in the future. Lastly, I am Not related in any way to the Brighton TV staff. WARNING: Save yourself A LOT OF TIME AND AGGRAVATION BY NOT USING THIS COMPANY!!! I cannot emphasize that enough. I've experienced everything that's listed in these other bad reviews. They had my TV for almost 3 months but could never get the part in to fix it. It was supposed to be finished in 2-3 weeks. After weeks of getting BS'd on the phone (once they finally answered the phone!) with them they said they were having a hard time getting the part because it was coming from overseas somewhere but they didn't know where. They added if I paid an additional 100 dollars they would order the part from somewhere else. BIG RED FLAG there!. Since I was asked for money up front I would assume they are on C.O.D. with their suppliers and needed my money to order the part. I finally decided to take my TV elsewhere and I had to fight with them to get it back. The fine print on their agreement that you sign when you drop off your TV in for repair is loaded with clauses to charge you for cancelling an order, restocking fees and reassembly fees. I found another company about 15 miles east of Brighton who not only ORDERED AND RECEIVED the part I needed in 3 days but also REPAIRED the TV in 3 days and for about 25.00 cheaper.

The worst place ever to take anything. They said they could fix my car stereo. After 3 months got it back did not work. They claimed it did work when it left. And they said it was a warranty product and it took another seven months before they finally said they could not fix it. They then said they would give me a refund. I had to call them repeatedly to get my money back. The owner then said he would do payments. Did not abide by his own contract and after 6 months after getting the stereo back they still owe me 75 and refused to return my phone calls. Place is bad news unprofessional and they've caused me a lot of stress and a lot of yelling.

TV went in Mid June with remote and on/off not working. The sent a letter (did not call) it was done mid July after 260 in repair, remote still not working and the TV now would not shut off (had to pull plug) "oh"they said! So, back in mid July and still waiting, hoping to have it by thanksgiving but don't think that will happen. Best to avoid this place

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Dropped off a simple repair and they had it for five months they never contacted me once and after stopping in three separate times they would not give the items to me because they did not know where they were. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS!!!

Don't even bother going to this place. DON'T waste u time. They had my Kenwood Amplifier for a YEAR and when it was finally done the left channel wouldn't work. The place looked like a tornado went thru. Electronics everywhere. Never answered their phone. No call backs. I haven't seen a good review yet. Should have listened to all the unhappy people. It's no stars from me.

Did a nice job, I have had them fix my led before they just installed an antenna for me did a great job always been happy with them over there, ask for little John he has always been very knowledgable and friendly.

My TV was in the shop for over a year now ( Is till don't have it), I took more than 10 trips to the shop, every time I was given a different time frame, they never answer phone. This is the worst customer service experience I ever had. In a scale 1 to 10 , It is for sure less than 1.
