I purchased a 2002 Honda Civic from this dealer less than a week ago. To begin with, the dealer is no longer representing itself as Consumers Suzuki although their signage says so, and the credit card charges are from that name. Within one day the check engine light went on and they claimed it was just a fuel pressure issue. The very next day, not forty eight hours from purchase, the transmission gave out and the vehicle is unmovable. The dealership would not help at all. The car is stuck on the side of the road and all they said is that I have a warranty that will cost a 100 deductible "if I can get the vehicle to them." That is an additional 125, and I had to take the day off of work which is another couple of hundred dollars. So all told I would have to put 500 into this vehicle just to have them look at a failed transmission not 48 hours from purchase. I asked to speak to the owner and was rebuffed each time by the "sales manager." She refused to ask him to speak to me, saying he wouldn't know anything about the sale! He is still hiding behind her, and they will not help whatsoever despite saying that they are offering help. Since the dealership is not acting surprised at all I can only surmise that this is business as usual for them. I urge you to not visit this dealership. They know that their customers are in a bind and feel that they are the only way to get a car, but you will lose and only make things harder on yourself. Please, please, do not visit this dealership. They are a blemish on the community.

Having problems seeing why they have bad reviews, they were very professional and helpful in getting us into the car we wanted the very same day. Everything is as they said it would be with the payments and prices. They even paid off our trade in which nobody else would! I think the miscommunication is on the customer side. Thank you guys again for the 06 Subaru we would most definitely come back for the next car! UPDATE: We have had ZERO issues with this car! Everyone complaining about buying a bad car here obviously doesn't know how to buy a used car. Thank you again Consumers i will be back next time I need a car

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. I hope that everyone learns from our mistake and reads the reviews before going there. We drove an hour and a half away and called them multiple times inquiring about a Ford Fusion they had on their lot (they recognized my boyfriend by his name which shows that they had talked to us prior to this) and they assured us that all the information was correct. When we got to the lot and went to test drive the car it ended up having over 100,000, yes one hundred thousand, miles over the advertisement. When we brought it to their attention (by showing them their own advertisement) they didn’t apologize or seem to care at all. We asked if the prices we negotiable and they said yes but when we asked to negotiate from false advertisement and the long trip he basically told us that’s as low as it can go. We also asked about trade ins and he told us (and said the same to a coworker who test drove the trucks there) that he can’t tell us the trade in price of our current car until we signed papers buying a car from them. The whole thing seemed like a scam and they were awful customer service and sales representatives. We ended up telling them that we were leaving and didn’t want it and they asked “what’s wrong?” As if they were completely clueless to the fact that all the information they gave us was a lie. Told us we wouldn’t find a car like that cheaper but as soon as we looked we found multiple cars with way lower mileage for a lower cost even with the 200 policy. Please don’t go here and save yourself from your time being wasted by this company. And I’m sure I’ll get a response back to this like all the others telling me why I’m wrong and they are great, which is fine, because the lack of stars and positive reviews and all of the people having similar problems talks for itself. And when they respond negatively back to you they just sound childish. Hope this helps someone in the future, I honestly don’t know how they are still open.

I seen a vehicle on there website so I emailed them got an email back and they said sure it's available and gave me the payment qoute I get there and the lady said I was sold I think they did it to drew me in to see something else knowing that vehicle wasn't there that's called false advertising. Yes i came up there too see a vehicle that was not there and you didn't show me a vehicle just like the one i was looking for i looked at a 2013 charger but came there for a red one you supposedly had but founded out it was gone and it was a 2014 Tom even said it in a email that it was there so you got me confused with someone else why do you try to cover up your mistakes your other review shows exactly what kinda company you run there all excuses wont tell anyone but to stay away

Scammers! Fast talking Mike... Lied about interest rate. Lied about trade in value of 5k for truck, instead only gave me 3k for the truck which is what was owed on the truck. Still missing 2k ! Called several times. Mike refuses to call me back. I wonder why!! Initially I was told there was no down payment. Disguised down payment for admin, tag and title fees!!! I can relate to other comments made by several reviewers. I will never purchase another vehicle from here again. I should have went to Conley next door instead whom I had purchased a vehicle from before in the past and had no issues.

Called about a F150. No answers. Called four times. Straight to voicemail. Texted the number, they replied back three hours later. Said yes truck is here. These are payments. I asked about the free brakes for life of the car, that I was told they do "bring back customers" not a single reply back. No phone calls. So went to Conely down the street. Called the preapproved me over the phone. My actually talking to me drove 35 minutes to the lot. Walked in told them the one I wanted Walker out with a truck. It's that simple, screw you consumers.
