Really I feel like it should be 0 stars, i called and asked for help with my condition and they basically told me i dont fit their criteria and to see my doctor who referred me to seek out counseling, when I told her that I would keep searching for someone to help me all she had to say was okay sounds good. I feel that is extremely bad behavior for anyone and i was so upset it set my anxiety on fire and i had to call my support line to help calm me down. I feel they are very bad for my health and well being and for that matter anyone's well being if that is how they carry themselves and consider it professional.
