I just brought my flute in for repair. There are several tarnished spots on the flute in hard-to-reach spots-which is why I paid for a professional to get to them. 45 later and only one keypad was replaced and one tarnish spot cleaned. Some of the keypads still stick and the flute is visibly dirty. I’m so disappointed, I could cry. I feel cheated.
