This swim school does not operate fairly. They treat the employees like property and the two bosses were very rude and would not give me information for swim lessons for my child and was very snappy towards me. This swim school should be banned from teaching and be out of business, if i could give them a 0 star rating i would. Horrible customer service

I have worked at this location for over two years now and have had nothing short of the BEST experience . Our team is so closely knit and have a BLAST with each and every child . We bring so much joy and laughter to the water in every session with the children .

Don't even do it to yourself or your kids. We were ok with instructors constantly changing, that's what happens when it is young kids. What we are not ok with is them quitting and notifying us, constantly being late, ending classes early etc. Prior to this round of instructors, he had a good one who was firm, she went on maternity leave and it has been ugly ever since. Doesn't look like she's returning so were going to find another place. Btw all this and they still charged full price. We've had 1 class in the last month.

My daughter learned to swim at British Swim School, the instructors are great and they did a wonderful job teaching her different swim strokes. The school did such an excellent job that swimming has become one of her favorite activities. I will highly recommend them to anyone.
