Purchased Armstrong vinyl flooring for a large house. The sales man came and measured. I asked if we needed plastic sheeting under the vinyl and he stated no it did not need it. They installed the flooring and within a week water was under the flooring . A week later it covered an area with a circumference of about 25 ft. When you stepped on it you could hear it and it oozed between the joints and then a buildup of stuff that was discolored. I went to the store and the salesman was not there and talked to the manager, Mark. He asked for better photos than what I had brought. I brought back better photos but he was not there. I followed up with a phone call and the manager was busy and left a message. I left 2 more messages with no return phone call. I also left pictures of gaps, 1/4 to 1/2 in at the wall in several spots. There was a full box and a 1/2 box of the flooring left. Plenty for some one to replace those pieces to be replaced. A couple of months another water spot, a little smaller, came. I am very disappointed after spending thousands of dollars with substandard installation and absolutely no follow-up with my water problem or poor installation issues.

We had two bedrooms done, the tile work is excellent. They did an amazing job. We would recommend this place for sure! The install guys were great. The only down side that made me upset was how torn up the base boards were and how many stains and residue were left all over the walls and doors. I understand the base boards and know it’s impossible to get them back to exactly how they were, but there is room for improvement there. Now the walls I am not too pleased about. I will definitely have to do some touch up work in quite a few spots. Attached are just 2 examples of the wall marks.

They set up for a Day to lay my carpet set one person for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home and had the wrong plains came back with the right paperwork and just one man and a woman to move my furniture and put my carpet down toke them all day and torn my doors and scared my furniture did put bed back together right called manger was rude and did help Don’t Recommend these people no Apology also scratches my doors to broken arrow ok

The installers were amazing too, they could not have done a better job if they tried! The service we received was top notch and we will definitely be back!

I will really try to make this short... it will be difficult because THIS FLOORING COMPANY IS AMAZING!!! (Yes I am shouting ) Jeff the floor advisor extraordinaire who is a professional, detailed, and honest sales person. From the time I entered this business establishment I was treated with concern and respect. Now let’s get down to the work... I needed 1,100 sq ft of flooring in my home . My old home flooring was dated and in bad shape! I was ashamed and embarrassed of my old flooring! Jeff came in my home and assessed my flooring and guaranteed all would be beautifully “Well”. He estimated 5 days with the work that had to be done, once all my flooring was in , scheduling was made.... (drum roll please) my floor was completed in 12 hours! The crew that was sent in were am amazing group of men. They we quite, quick, detailed, and professional. Not one of my base boards were compromised ! Thank you so much for making my home beautiful!!!!!! Johnson Flooring “Carpet One” could give classes on how to install flooring!!!!!!
