This is our second expereince with Master Z's; the first was the purchase of a pool table back in the Spring. This time, we bought a fire pit and four chairs for our patio. Once again, the process was easy. John was again our salesperson. What made this experience a bit different was that as we approached our decision to buy, John offered us a price on the whole package which included a discount. We left the store to consider other options before deciding. I returned the next day and said we'd go for it. But was told a different, higher price by the person in store that day. We went ahead and bought the furniture anyway (it's nice stuff at Master Z's!) but I sent an email to John re the discrepancy in price. He immediately stepped up to do the right thing and credited our account the difference in price. That's the customer service and integrity expected of a first class business like Master Z's. We will certainly be back. And the furniture looks great in our backyard!

John and Master Z's is still going above and beyond for us. We bought a shuffleboard from them 2 year ago. Not only did they help find a perfect board within our price range but two years later they are still helping us with all of our shuffleboard questions and needs. You will not regret working with this company.
