Good movie selection, poor customer service and AWFUL return policy. I bought a movie but forgot that I already had it at home in my collection, so I tried to return it two days later with the receipt (never even brought the DVD out of the box), and they refused to return it. The punk kid at the register said that he would have to get his manager, so he brought over another young unprofessional kid who turned out to be the manager and he still refused to take it back after I explained what happened. I just don’t understand why everyone has to have such an attitude when working with people... good customer service is dead. They lost a regular customer that day.

Well I was shocked and surprised to find this place. Literally everything you would need for a retro council. Everything you could hope for in a movie store for trade-ins. This is a gamer geeks best friend! I will be back. You can get consoles of every kind here. The staff is super friendly and helpful as well.

This is such a great place! It totally gives the sentimental vibes of a Blockbuster/Hollywood video- with the perk that you get to keep the video/game at nearly the same price as those rentals were. Not to mention the vast selection of movies, video games/accessories, and even some bigger electronic items and keepsakes, like POP! figures- all at very reasonable prices. What’s even cooler is that they still sell CDs- which are always fun to browse through! I often sell my personal items at this store. I’ve developed trust in them as I have always walked away pleased with what they have paid me for my selection. I have routinely been disappointed at some of those other places nearby that “purchase” items from people (more like seriously rip you off). And to top everything off, the staff at this location are super cool and friendly, which makes the experience that much more awesome:).

I called them to ask if they had any version of the xbox in their store and the guy that picked up the phone told me he had the new xbox series x for 350. I was shocked since it was the new xbox that just came out so I asked if something was wrong with the system could I return it and he told me yes. I then asked if he could hold the system for me so i could come pick it up which agree to. Once I get there I gave the same guy I talked to on the phone my name and he told me he didn't recognize the name. So I stand there confused for a bit and see him go to the back of thee store and comes out two seconds later saying they gave me the wrong information and meant to tell me it was a xbox one x and not a series x.once again I was confused because I asked the guy on the phone twice if it was the series x and he confirmed it was. So then I left the store because I was going to buy the one x at firs but he lied about returning the item.

I love this place. they have what I want, and that is old games. Anyplace I can go and actually interact with a human is good in my book. The internet is making a regress as a species but stores like this help us stay human. Rock on. Now please get more Dreamcast stuff. Thanks.
