I normally love this place but they didn't tell Google maps that they are most definitely closed. Their website still says closed for Covid-19 safety but GM says curbside pickup. I tried calling and it rang 22 times like we're back in 1980 before answering machines. If in school teaching has resumed, then y'all should accommodate us.

This hidden jewel is a GEM in Brooklyn! Everything for school, learning and growing... knowledge based from A to Z for all ages can be found here and the prices are very affordable! I was so happy with the charts I purchased for some special little guys in my life because it's not easy to find certain items unless it's a certain time of the year. Im especially happy that their storefront was easily noticed from accross the street and sparked my interest. Definitely will visit again soon because the entire staff was so warm and friendly. Check them out because you won't be disappointed with the inventory

I formly bought educational supplies from Barclay school supplies as a former substitute teacher, and as a parent for my own children. I like the materials sold and I felt the prices were reasonable. Due to Covid19, the physical location in downtown Brooklyn has closed. There was a sign posted on the store stating I could order online. I decided to get some educational materials for my daughter who is learning remotely. I ordered the supplies online on 10/1/2020, and I was charged an additional 15.00 shipping fee, on top of my 60.00 purchase. However, as of today 10/21/2020, when I check on the site, it still shows my order is pending processing. I think it is shameful that I ordered on 10/1/20 and my stuff has not even been processed. Not too mention the retty hefty shipping fee I was charged, with no shipment. I have reached out to the store via email twice regarding this fiasco. I received absolutely no response at all. The customer service has been horribly poor, and I asked for a complete refund of my money. I may have to seek legal action, because I still have not received a response from these people. I work hard for my money, and especially during these times, I need to know what's going on when I spend my money for something. Please go find another store, don't do business with these people online. I really wish I would have just found another store, where I could have got the stuff for my daughter in person.

It was horrible. I went to have my daughters posters laminated not only did they laminate it folded they tell me afterwards oh you should’ve waited for Roland to come in... if you know that the guy you work with do not know how to laminate why encourage him and wait till he is done to say he don’t really know how??? I will show everyone at the school I work at so they won’t go there anymore really disappointed... which I can give a 0 star...
