Exceptional customer service, excellent quality, competitive pricing. Before choosing this location I was frustrated with the process of countertop purchasing. I started at a Brooklyn warehouse that was shady with pricing, needed me to have my own fabricator- ridiculous. So then I turned to big box stores (ikea, lowes, hd)- the selections were limited, the pricing okay, the quality okay. As a last ditch effort, I came to D&R and it was completely different. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I was served immediately, found beautiful options, was given price right away - transparent and efficient service. The countertops were measured, cut, installed within 2 weeks. I love the result and the stress free process. 100% approval.
