I did the 3hours and couldn’t be more thankful, thank you for a great time. To celebrate my 25th birthday my friends and I spent the weekend at a cabin in the woods. I decided to use this company for transportation to and from the cabin. Kim was a pleasure to speak to. A few days before the trip she called to make sure that everything was good to go. On Friday night our driver John was very early which was great. He helped us with all of our luggage (we had a group of 13). The limo was huge, clean, and decorated with balloons for my birthday. The bar was also stocked. The only minor hiccup that we had was when one of my friends almost got left behind. I spoke to Kim about another stop that we would have to make to pick up my friend in Manhattan and I gave the address and everything but I’m not too sure what happened. Once we let John know, he pulled over by the Washington Bridge and I was able to call a cab for my friend so that he could meet us at the limo. Besides that, everything was great, ride was fun and the party lights were a nice touch. On Sunday afternoon John was there once more to pick us up and take us back home. Once again he helped with loading all of the big bags into the limo. It was a smaller limo on the way back but we all still fit. We made a stop by Lake Superior for pictures and he was very patient about that too. All and all it was an awesome trip. My friends and I had a great time. Looking forward to working with this company again in the future.
Worst service - my parents wanted to surprise me on our wedding day with a limo ride around NYC. The limo was ordered for 12 people but in reality could only fit 8 people comfortably. We squeezed 10 people inside, but 2 could not make it!! The driver confirmed that it is a limo for 8 ppl, he even tried to reach the office, but nobody answered. Driver did not know where to go (all of this was arranged beforehand) and the worst part - this was a present for my husband and I and the driver loudly discussed the price in front of us and all other guests and asked for cash when it was agreed my parents would pay by credit card. Definitely do not recommend this company!
JT Limousines did a phenomenal job assisting with the execution of my client's 31st birthday. She explained to me that she didn't get to really celebrate her 30th birthday because she was with child so she wanted this year to be extra special... and JT made it super special. I cant wait work with them again and refer them for my next client.
Amazing service been using them for years! Kim has always helped me and my friends out with whatever we need!!
