Ordered products and received in timely matter. When reaching out about defective products there was slight delay due to a massive snow storm and limited staff in their location (Brooklyn New York). One of their representatives named Alex was very kind and helped talk through my options in order to make the situation right. He offered me a full refund for the product and any additional that have issues. Alex also informed me of other great products and ways to improve my e-commerce business. With this type of customer service I don't know why any one would buy else where! Thank you Alex! Will update if further pleasant/unpleasant encounters occur.

Bought several products from them, the day it arrived I wasn't satisfied with what I received. Their return policy states that I can return the items within 10 days of receiving them, but they told me that they don't accept returns because they are \wholesale\ and that it would be difficult. Customer service was not very helpful. Their return policy does not really matter. Not going to buy anymore products from them.
