I booked a trip with Omega Bus Company to Foxwoods Casino, the driver Boris was such a sweetheart. The bus arrived an hour early before our departure which gave the group plenty of time to grab breakfast before our departure. A passenger forgot her wallet on the bus the company found her wallet and held it for her. I thank you guy's for being honest holding the wallet most of all I thank you for the excellent customer service. The only negative is the driver should use headphones when talking on the cell phone. I will definitely be using Omega Bus Company for future trips and requesting Boris for our driver.

I produce major music events in orange county ny, #ferrygodmother productions. I had to transport a very large gospel choir for a very special performance at the oldest African American church in the Hudson Valley. The bus was on time and the driver was extremely helpful with getting our senior passengers and packages on-board the bus. Although there was an accident on the highway, the driver was very professional and calm in a stressful situation. He seemed to be knowledgeable in finding out destination. The bus itself was modern, very clean and roomy. We arrived at our destination safe and on time. I would highly recommend Omega Express when a reliable and dependable trip is important.
Martinez was an outstanding tour bus driver on our recent DC-Maryland-Virginia tour. Very professional, and in his driving skills was patient, savvy about even the heaviest traffic flow, and negotiated us easily and safely through our days and evenings. As someone who worked previously with a PR agency handling bus tours for Greece, I can honestly say he is the best I have ever seen. Other group members on the bus also were positive in their comments. Smoothest bus ride I've ever had. This is the first time I've posted about a bus driver but he deserves a shout-out.
We will never use them again. They left 31 of us stranded in upstate NY with children and senior citizens They didn’t show up, didn’t call and didn’t apologize. And they don’t want to reimburse us for the additional expenses and aggravation they cost us. Worst bus experience ever!
