This place doesn’t know how to keep things in order, I dropped off a FedEx package with no receipt given to me for proof that I dropped it off which lead to the contents of my package being stolen somewhere along the route of shipment. I repeatedly called and tried to get in contact with someone in charge but they only gave me an email to forward my complaint to. It took weeks before someone got back to me about what happened to my boxes. This problem has yet to be resolved... DON’T DO ANY TYPE OF BUSINESS AT THIS PLACE YOU'LL REGRET IT

The guy that works there is extremely rude, Horrible customer service. I will never come back. Please don’t support this business. Manager doesn’t know how to treat paying customers. He needs to work on his customer service skills.
I dropped off tax documents to be mailed and the next day I come by and the documents are still on the desk. I requested the gentleman mail these documents immediately because it was the 14th of October and needed to be stamped by the 15th of October. A tracking number was texted to me that no longer exists. This is the most incompetent place ever. DON'T TRUST THIS PLACE TO MAIL ANYTHING OF IMPORTANCE. Something told me to mail a duplicate copy of the tax documents and boy am I glad that I did.....I mean how does the tracking number suddenly no longer exists....FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD
The man at the front is a liar and a thief he stole my friends money out of an envelope ️ 2 years ago. Don’t use this place at all
