I bought something on their website. They claim that they provide quick delivery service but they don’t. I placed my order on Saturday and waited until Wednesday to find out they still didn’t ship my order. I emailed them and was told to provide some irrelevant information, such as whether I’m from Taiwan or not. I called and they didn’t try to help on the phone. They just asked me to wait for the email reply. And again, they asked some nonsense questions, such as where the recipient lived before. What on earth does it have to do with my simple online order? And if they really need this information, why didn’t they email me at the first time? It’s Friday now and I still didn’t get any feedback. They charged me already but I don’t know where my purchase is now. It seems like they just ignored my order until I emailed them. Im not sure if it’s an Asian unfriendly shop. I feel very disappointed since I saw lots of comments online saying how friendly the sales are in the store but it’s different from what I got on my phone call. Also, don’t trust its quick delivery service. It does not exist.

I went into this establishment for an interview and spoke with Joel Weiss and during that entire time not only did the employee I first met not wear his mask, he had it around his neck the entire time when customers were in the store. Once Joel arrived he did not wear a mask and during the end of the interview sneezed in the opposite direction on product. Be very careful what you buy here because you cannot be sure if they follow Covid-19 health restrictions. Basically you wont know if someone with Covid-19 sneezed or cough on the product. After the sneeze I ended the interview and left as quickly as I could.
I ordered an item and they cancelled it after 2 days saying no stock. I ordered a different one and two days later they just confirmed they are going to cancel it too. Don't rely on their website, it doesn't reflect what they have
