No one at front desk when we came in. Weird man lollygagging in the front area who we assumed worked there. Some rude woman came out and barked about 2 customers at a time, so I left but my friend finished mailing her thing. Maybe kick out the lollygaggers?

I’ve only been here a couple times but it’s been very easy, no line, in and out in a snap.
My goto spot for shipping, printing the occasional form, notary, etc. Always very helpful and extremely convenient. The store I never knew I needed. Bring cash, everything's very inexpensive and there's a 10 credit min. Makes sense in a store that seems to hover in the 2 range for most services (other than shipping, of course)
i have been coming here for 5 years. always quick, efficient, and helpful with getting my packages out on time.
I just wanted to print and I am a foreigner so when I asked the lady where was the email the store doesn’t have the printed email anywhere she had bad attitude when I told her I didn’t understand the email and she didn’t want to write it down for me. After many times I told her I don’t understand with very impolite attitude she spelled for me. If you have a customer service job you are there to help... and you need to solve any problem your customer is having
