I love it here. My favorite place to shop for used books for myself and my kids - they always have a huge selection! Great place.

The store has no signs letting you know the sale of the week. All other salvation army’s have it at the door. We had to ask 2 ladies. Rude unhappy people work here. They have 3 floors no one would know unless you ask. At the end we wanted to buy items with the sale color tag the lady at the register pulls a WE HAVE TO SELL IT AT FULL PRICE BECAUSE THEY ARE COATS. She pulls a printed sheet from behind the counter when we asked where can we read the rules at. This are donated clothes this is not Macy’s. Prices are ridiculous........

Always better when the entire store is half-off! This location has inflated prices. Most likely due to it being in the Boerum Hil section of Brooklyn. Also, the manager prices items on her whims

Horrible place. Don’t even bother walking in. Employees seem miserable as they have a horrible attitude plus the clothes are low quality yet over priced. The manager was the rudest person I’ve ever met in my life. The clothes is DONATED, so I don’t get the high pricing. I hate this place, never going back and you shouldn’t too
