I'm writing this review based on my experience shopping for Biologique Recherche at Tres Belle Spa. I was happy to see that I didn't have to go into Manhattan for Lotion P50 anymore, and could stay in my Brooklyn neighborhood. I was given advice by the owner Allison, who suggested I go from P50 V to P50 1970. When I went to the famous BR spa in NYC (not here to name names or trash anybody) I had P50 V shoved into my hand, no explanation on how to use or expectations. Like some other reviews here mention, she is so nice, and really goes through all the info you need to use your product properly. She did suggest a cleanser but when I said I wanted to try first, she gave me a sample. I'll be back for oxygenating cleanser VIP 02.

I had my first-ever facial with Aparna at Tres Belle. It was as relaxing and refreshing and I'd hoped. Aparna did a full skin assessment and asked if I had any concerns to address during the facial. As a person with sensitive skin, I'm typically nervous about using new products. However the assessment made me feel more comfortable and gave the full-confidence that Aparna would select exactly what I needed. She was attentive and answered all my questions about the process, techniques and products. The small treatment room was lovely, and I appreciated the *actual* music gently playing in the background (not that weird lute music spas normally have). After the treatment, my face felt lighter, dewey, and refreshed. I was concerned about redness, but it disappeared within the hour. If you're looking for a place to treat yourself or a friend/loved one to a sublime bit of self-care, Tres Belle is THE place.
I don’t usually feel compelled to write reviews for pretty much anywhere I go or anything I buy no matter how much I like or dislike it. BUT this experience just felt different. I was really really pleasantly surprised with this place! And am super happy I came by. I called when I got out of work because I wanted to stop by and pick something up I just wasn’t sure if they were still open. Allison answered the phone and said although they ended their day early she’d wait for me (which I thought was so nice of her). I was fully expecting to go in quickly, make my purchase, and leave. But instead I got to have such a lovely and informative experience. Allison was so friendly and funny and smart! I had this feeling like she genuinely cared about my skin and about what I bought, she wanted me to get products that would work for me not just whatever! I also felt like she really knew what she was talking about through and through. She asked if someone had recommended the specific product i was looking to buy and she asked if she could see my skin (under my mask). And from there she guided me in a different direction and I seriously feel like I ended up with better and more fitting products then what I was looking to get originally. She throughly explained everything to me, and wrote it down, and she wants me to keep up with her on how things go. Like I said it truly seems like she cares. She didn’t try to sell me a million products just the basics of what I would need to start. She gave me samples too. She answered all my questions. I really had such a nice time! And I left feeling confident in not only my purchases but myself and the future of my skin. I would highly recommend and I will definitely be back!
I got a facial at Tres Belle Medi-Spa when dealing with some annoying hormonal acne. Natalia was incredibly thoughtful in her approach, and went over what she thought would be best for my face. She asked about my skincare routine, diet, mask-practices, bedding, etc, and gave me recommendations about how to best prevent further breakouts. The treatment itself was wonderful, and I can already see results even though I got the facial yesterday. At the end of the session, she recommended a few products, and although pricey, they seem worth the investment. They really care about your skin and give thoughtful advice and plans that are easy to understand and digest. I'll be back!
I had a wonderful care at La Très Belle Spa. In this charming place, you will be pampered by an attentive and very kind team. Aparna was very nice and professionnel. The French products \Biologique Recherche\ used are wonderful and have excellent qualities. I have rarely had such quality care. Also, the owner Allison is wonderful. She's a passionate who puts everything at the service of her spa. I warmly recommend this place, you can go there with your eyes closed.
