I asked for my money back since this service is optional and not mandatory. I was supposse to request the refund withing 72 hrs and i did within 6 hrs. The email that replied to send my money back 70 would take 3 to 7 business days. Its has been more than 7 days They dont pick up the phone or reply to my emails again, this is a SCAM AGENCY!

I went today to get apply for the Passport, It must have been 10:30 am. This must be the best time to go there during the week because I only had 3 people in front of me and yes it was time consumming because it was only 1 person doing all related Passport issues, however it did take 3 hours but you must have patience when you're attainig personal documents. If you arrive after 11 am expect more people and more hours.
Most horrible experience I've ever had. I repeat horrible customer service. Supervisor was even more disrespectful. I went there at 12pm do get my 5 month old passport for an up coming trip. I'm a new mom and my boyfriend is a new dad. Our first time getting a passport for a child. The woman was so rude and unprofessional. This supervisor wasn't any better. My baby was being fussy after taking multiple photos then being told to go else where and take photos. I end up not even getting his passport. I don't recommend no one to go here and I will be calling to report them.
You CAN NOT renewal your passport in person. It's not noted anywhere on their website. So don't waste your time in coming here unless you're getting a new passport. They need to note that somewhere on their site that you can't renewal in person at this office.
