These guys rock!!!! Took my 300 to them and they made it look brand new again. Answered all my questions even after me calling every other day. Picked up my bike so I did not need to wait for insurance to call someone and handles everything else on their own. Definitely recommended them. Joe was amazing he made sure to update me abs fill me in on everything that was happening. Thanks again!!!!!

Just purchased my 2020 GTS300 Touring Vespa in a gorgeous forest green. The team at Vespa Brooklyn, led by Andrew, is fantastic to work with...bought my 2016 GTV300 in late 2015. They are efficient with your time and go the extra mile on your behalf. They sincerely care about you as a customer which makes all the difference. I’ve been coming here for three years with my vespa, and after each visit I always wish they were nicer, or at least less obvious about the fact that they constantly do whatever it takes to tally up the bill to 500. I don’t say this lightly, but these people are crooks. And because there aren’t other Vespa dealerships in NY, they don’t really care if they solve your problem or not. Recently, when I called them with an issue and asked for an itemized price list, they were very clear about each fee. Then I asked them to perform only one of those tasks, and suddenly they said that if that was the only thing I wanted them to do, the price would not the same as originally stated. It was now double. This is one of many examples. I found another motorcycle dealership that did what was needed — for literally one fifth of the price - not exaggerating! And while there, I found out that the multiple things I had actually paid vespa to fix, weren’t done at all. So I had to pay for them to be done, again... Never going back. And I would not recommend.
