Excellent customer service and eye care! I had my lenses sent back 2x and they were still defective. I sent an email that night to have warranty ones again and they ordered replacement ones by that email. They did the coatings for me in their office instead of the lab that kept sending out defective lenses. Definitely recommend this clinic for all your eye needs!

Courtney is very rude!! I said excuse me, TWICE, to get her attention, just for a price check, and she just kept on walking, pretending to not hear me...they need more customer service education, NOT gossiping workers!

This facility is awesome. I always receive the best care there. I have seen Dr. Brooks and Dr. Earwood and both are professional, friendly, and efficient. Meredith does an great job making me feel comfortable while performing various tests. She answers all my questions patiently. Morgan always takes time in arranging appointments for my husband and myself. This eye clinic is very accommodating and professional, and all the staff is friendly and helpful!

I absolutely loved my experience at Brooks Eye Center. All the girls there were very friendly. They went above and beyond making my visit comfortable and assisting me with my scheduling needs. Meredith Weathers was so sweet and helpful. She really made me feel relaxed and comfortable during my visit. Dr. Earwood has a great bedside manner. She was extremely thorough and did a great job answering my questions. Lindsey was very patient and took a lot time with me . She assisted me in trying on many different frames and picking out the best ones. All of staff there were great:)

The young lady that help me today Meagan was so sweet and polite. She even took out the time to help me pick out glasses. She was so patient and sweet. She stayed right there until I was satisfied. She took out the the time to explain everything about my glasses and the choices I had when it comes to add on. Thanks Meagan!! I wish there were more people with your attitude and patience.
