I definitely cannot recommend this place for men's eyebrows. I barely even got to walk in and say hi before I was tossed in the chair and started on, I never had a chance to tell her how I usually like my eyebrows. My eyebrows look way too thin, so much so that my girlfriend started laughing when I walked in the door home and I hadn't even told her I went to get my eyebrows done. This was my first time here, and I usually get my brows done a lot, but the waxing was (not very) but much more painful than other places.

I go to Brow Arc for about 2 years now. Their members are great and thoughtful and they are definitely top professionals! I love that they are cleaning and disinfect very througly the chairs and working stations between customers. I was the only one in the saloon for my procedures. I will keep being a customer! Thank you!

I go here often to avail their threading services. The location is ideal and they’ve precautions to prevent the spread of COVID by requiring customers to fill out online forms and placing them on a waitlist to limit the number of customers in the saloon. I signed up, but didn’t see a change in the waiting queue for a while; on giving them a call, they mentioned that they were unable to take in customers that evening. So, I’ve not visited since the start of the pandemic. From all of my previous experiences - usually, I’ve a good experience and am satisfied. However, there have been a couple of misses and I’ve been left dissatisfied. Overall, I would recommend this place. After all, I’ve been visiting over a year. Just make sure to clearly communicate what you want and what your expectations are with the services you’re availing and give them a call to ensure that they’re available to take in customers.
