Best diving store and service in South Florida. Very kind and helpful personnel. You definitely enjoy your time here

Best reputation out of the dive companies down here. Anyone with a super yacht knows to come here for their installs. They did my buddy’s boat and my little sister got her certificate here. They know their stuff. Good for beginners and elites and really the best equipment and toys on the market

Had some friends come down for a weekend of diving and Brownie's took great care of us. Great prices on rentals and also gave us some amazing locations for dive sites. Thanks again for the amazing customer service and help with the locations, epic trip!

Where to start? First and foremost above and beyond service! I keep going back for more because these guys know their product and always want the best experience per diver. For example, I thought every mask fit every person. Turns out there is a method to trying on masks and when I picked the right one they were able to set it up for me in the store so that I could go dive after! They also made me realize the difference between the clear and black rimmed mask and the black rimmed one being more for what I like to do which is focus in on what’s in front of me rather than overwhelmed by the big blue around me. My husband even was able to get his prescription in his mask! Talk about personal service! Besides all of the other dive gear service and air fills we get from Brownies which always good turn around time. My husband and I, on days of bad seas go on 20-60 mile backpacking trips and found that Brownies sold the Garmin GPS to use when there is no service. That has definitely been a life saver for our mother! Haha Great team and great service!

I hate to rail any dive shop about pricing, but although the young shop keeper was eager to help create 2 small spear bands his interpretation was “it was not to cost much” The final charge was 52.50 for 15” of band material that was cut and put onto pole spears. I understand this is “custom” work but a 14.95 complete band would cost 98 if made in front of you! I regret not asking for the manager and leaving frustrated trying to get diving and not bickering, but cmon’ Brownies you need to at least hang a sign on the high rubber cost! You could help this review by offering a rebate or something for the overcharge!
