Been here before and it's mostly well stocked. Always disorganized, but busy so it goes with the territory. Cashier worked quick to get her line down though. Shop at your own risk.

I always find what I'm looking for, but if I've got a question, one of your employees will quickly direct me to the proper aisle where they normally hand me the product I'm looking for. The worst customer service and leadership from the manager on this location David Villafranco! I had an event for my niece 15 bday and had purchased some balloons at another location ( they did not had helium) where I was told with my receipt I could take them to another Dollar tree and they will provide helium. When I got to the boca chica location Olvia Martínez assisted me an advice me that she wasn’t able to put helium because the balloons where not purchased there. I said I wanted to exchange the balloons for something else and she refused! I ask to speak to a manager and she called David villafranco who said it was his day off and that they couldn’t assist me and for to return to the other location. I am very disappointed of the fact that no where on the receipt does it mention I am unable to exchange balloons and that no one with authority was there to assist me. I ask for a phone number to speak to a higher authority since Mr. Villafranco did not want to take ownership of his location, I was than provided with a number and a name which I called and stated that lady no longer work for the company!!!
