First off very nice people!! Helpful, friendly. Now took about 2 and a half hours to get loaded. SHIPPING is on the SOUTH end of the building( docks face the street and they only load out of docks 2 and 4 ) pull in park and wait till a dock ( 2 or 4 ) come open. Slide tandems to the rear. Back into the dock. Go inside shipping dock drivers area and put pulled # , destination, trailer # and company name on the white board in the line for the dock your in ( 2 or 4 ) go back to your truck and when the light goes green, go in and get your paperwork and seal (seal if needed ) They close at 12 noon till 1 every day for lunch.

Staff is friendly and unloading is quick. No appointment time required (as of January 2020). Tandems don't have to be slide, but preferred. Backing into the ONLY dock (receiving side) can be tricky at night as lighting is over powering. ** They sign your bills and have you wait in your truck. NO TRUCK PARKING WITHIN THE AREA.
Worst place to deliver. You sit for hours in the dock while they all hangout side doing nothing. They need to get trucks in and out an stop wasting our time. We dont get paid by the hour. I have sit locked in the dock for 2 hours before they ever decided to start unloading me and they only have one dock for trucks to deliver to so its not like I am waiting on other trucks to be unloaded once I get backed in. I am waiting on worker's to actually do their jobs
Delivered a load of roll stock. Twenty minutes to unload. Open doors bump dock, check in. Roll stock 1st drive, all other deliveries second drive. Uncertain about overnight parking. If delivering roll stock u are not allowed to stay in truck, will have to set in cage area, restroom available.
Good place,bump any open dock before checking in. They have restroom and load pretty fast. They are showing closed on Google maps but they are 24/7.
